Rushi K Trivedi

Rushi holds an LLM in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary University of London and an LLB from the University of Sussex. He is working towards qualifying as a solicitor through the SQE, and is also pursuing IAA Level 1 accreditation.

At Cromwell Wilkes he works with Richard on the firm's corporate and commercial immigration matters, including sponsor licence applications, the Global Business Mobility routes (UK Expansion Worker and Senior or Specialist Worker), Skilled Worker, and Global Talent endorsements. He prepares applications, supporting evidence and client correspondence, and his background in intellectual property and commercial law feeds directly into his work with business clients.

He also brings several years' experience in legal and compliance work in the property sector, drafting documents and resolving landlord and tenant disputes, and has supported litigation including preparing evidence bundles in commercial and multi-party claims. He is a trained mediator with the College of Mediators and is fluent in Gujarati and Hindi as well as English.

Outside of work he builds custom PCs, does a bit of blacksmithing, and owns a modded car. He is also a dedicated gamer with a taste for punishingly hard games, and likes pushing the difficulty further with self-imposed challenge runs.
