• No salary or English language requirement
• Self-employment and business setup allowed
• ILR after 3 years (leaders) or 5 years (emerging talent)

Graduated from a top global university in the past 5 years? The HPI Visa lets you come to the UK without a sponsor to work, look for work, or start a business.

• No job offer required
• Valid for 2 or 3 years, depending on degree level
• Cannot be extended, but you can switch to another visa
• Ideal route to transition into Skilled Worker or Global Talent visas

If you’re a foreign national planning to work in the UK, you’ll need a UK work visa or permit. This includes those living abroad but working in the UK under schemes like the Frontier Worker Permit.
